In Bio, we listened to a lecture about B-Cells and T-Cells and how they kill off antigens in our bodies. In Acting, we had a workshop on auditions and I got to perform my prepared monologue where I play DC supervillain Lex Luthor. It's intense. During off block, I went to lunch at Qdoba and hung around the band room. And in Math, we learned about the magic of The Calculus and derivatives.
During rehearsal, we ran some of the production numbers that have been choreographed (All That Jazz, Cell Block Tango, Me and My Baby and Razzle Dazzle). We continued adding dancers to the latter, and other than that, not a great deal happened. Fun fact, though: For Razzle Dazzle, actors in ensemble are being charged to do fun things, like juggling and ribbon twirling or being a clown. But I stand alone in my talent in that I shall be spinning a plate on a stick. It's intense, and I'm not so bad considering it's my first day doing it. But I have my work cut out for me.
ROMANCE PARAGRAPH! WARNING!
Today I saw the girl I'll be going on a date with in my Acting class. We both expressed our mutual excitement. And after rehearsal, the same thing happened again. Not much to report after that.
As for the mysterious A2 update, she and I are talking regularly and we've definitely become closer as far as people go. It's rather awesome.
And now we reach...
COOL YOUTUBE VIDEO MONDAY! {w00t!}
Today's clip is from yesterday's line of Super Bowl advertisements. And yes, it's my favorite. And yes, it's the nerdiest. And yes, you've probably seen it.
Yep. Li'l Vader.
Absolutely adorable. And I wish my dad had that technology when I was a kid pretending to use the Force...
With that, I bid you all adieu. Peace.
This concludes the posting of The Mindless Ramblings of the Nerd for 7 February 2011. I hope to see you tomorrow for another exciting installment!
